If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

• Print Products: Refunds or exchanges are available for items returned in their original condition within 14 days. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or damaged.

• Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds are not available once files have been accessed.

• Training and CPD: Cancellations made at least 21 days before an event will receive a full refund or credit. Later cancellations may incur a partial fee.
